The MSA 200 C-B is a semi-professional cordless chainsaw from the AP range. It is ideal for cutting firewood, maintenance work and a variety of other jobs like clearing up around the garden or even woodworking at noise sensitive times of the day.

Powered by Stihl's AP System battery range, the MSA 200 C-B delivers power without excessive noise, making it suitable for use in noise-sensitive areas and at noise-sensitive times of the day. Stihl suggests that no hearing protection is required when using this saw. It also has low vibrations for operator comfort.

As a comparative for petrol-driven chainsaws, the MSA 200 C-B generates a mechanical output of 1.4kW.

With a 35cm/14" bar length*, the MSA 200 C-B is suitable for cutting logs, pruning and felling small trees.

The recommended battery for this chainsaw is the AP 300, which provides up to 40 minutes of run time. As part of the Stihl AP System, the MSA 200 C-B is compatible with the full range of AP batteries. Maximum working times are:
